Greens Garments is local and family-run. No call centre, no faceless van: I’m the one who’ll reply to your message and the one who’ll turn up at your door.
People sell to me for all sorts of reasons: a wardrobe clear-out, a house move, downsizing, a collection that’s outgrown the spare room, or sorting through a loved one’s things. Whatever the reason, I’ll take my time, treat your clothes with care, and give you a fair price for the pieces that are worth something.

Do you buy Japanese, American or archive designer clothing?
Yes. Japanese designers like Issey Miyake, Comme des Garçons and Yohji Yamamoto, made-in-USA heritage pieces like Filson and Red Wing, and archive designer from the ’90s and 2000s are all well worth sending. If you’re unsure what something is, send a photo of the label.
Do you pay by weight?
Not for good branded pieces. Those are valued one by one on brand, condition and what they sell for. For a large mixed lot I may quote a price per kilo based on the brand mix and condition, and I’ll always tell you which way I’ve priced it.
How much will I get?
Every wardrobe’s different. Send a few photos on WhatsApp and I’ll come back with a straight offer, usually the same day, and explain how I got to it.
How do you pay?
Cash or bank transfer, whichever you prefer, on the day I collect.
Do you charge for collection?
No. Home visits and collection are free anywhere across the North West: Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside and beyond.

Across the North West, with a focus on Cheshire (Wilmslow, Alderley Edge, Hale, Bowdon, Knutsford), Greater Manchester (Didsbury, Altrincham), the Fylde Coast (Lytham St Annes), the Sefton coast (Southport, Formby) and the Ribble Valley.
Do you buy the whole wardrobe, or just some pieces?
Either. The better the wardrobe, the more of it I’ll want, and for a strong collection of the right brands I’ll take the lot. You’re also free to sell some pieces and keep the rest.
